We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for today is Humility:
In life we need to understand humility. Humility is the factor, which allows us to ask humbly for guidance.

This is Week 2 Today is Thursday, January 25th.

Ms. Fisher and Mr. DeMone will be stationed in the front lobby from 8:30am - 8:45am each day this week to collect ski trip forms.  This will be the last week for you to hand in forms.  For those who didn't receive forms, you can pick one up during this time. 

There is a dance club practice today from 2:50 pm to 4:00 pm in the cafeteria. New members are welcome!

Congrats to the girls basketball team for their decisive win over HTB with a score of 44 to 29!
