We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for today is Humility:
In life we need to understand humility. Humility is the factor, which allows us to ask humbly for guidance.

This is Week 1 Today is Friday, January 5th.

All students wanting to audition for the Spring production should check the bulletin board outside of the Learning Centre for updates. Auditions start Monday so please remember your time and arrange for your drives to pick you up after your time is over.

Art club will be happening today during both first and second lunch in the library. New members are always welcome. Ms. Oldford is away today but Ms. Finn will be there and will put out the supplies.

Boys Basketball Practice today 2:45-4:15.
