Sackville Heights Junior High

December 15th, 2023

We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for today is Wisdom:
Wisdom is gained experience and knowledge is to know the difference and accept responsibility and accountability.

This is Week 1 Today is Friday, December 15th.
