We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

The GSA meets today at lunch. The first lunch GSA meets in room 146 (Ms. Little's room) and second lunch GSA is in room 208 (Mr. Holley’s room). New members are always welcome!

We would like to congratulate all who brought in donations for our Beacon House Fundraiser. You have raised almost $1400! We are very proud of you all. We would also like to congratulate 8-4 for bringing in the most donations. And finally, one last shout out to Mr. Crewe’s snowman.

Congratulations to both the boys and girls basketball teams for their pre-season wins yesterday. The girls defeated HTB and the boys defeated AJ.
