We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for today is Respect:
In all life, respect is the first and foremost. Respect oneself and respect will be bestowed.

It is Week 2. Today is Friday, November 10th.

Art club will be today during first and second lunch in the library. New members are always welcome.

There will be a basketball open gym Friday afterschool for ALL students from 3pm-4pm. All students planning to attend need to arrange pickup for 4pm.

With teacher permission, can all concert band students come to the band room immediately after attendance to set up for the ceremony this morning and rehearse O Canada.
