We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for today is Respect
“In the end we are all separate: our stories, no matter how similar, come to a fork and diverge. We are drawn to each other because of our similarities, but it is our differences we must learn to respect?”

Any students interested in playing volleyball afterschool???
There will be a volleyball club after school on Monday, November 7 from 2:50 - 3:50.   To participate come prepared with proper clothing and footwear.  Any questions, see Ms. MacNeil.
