We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Today is Tuesday, October 4

The girls soccer team were victorious in their game yesterday against HTB.  The final score was 1-0.  The girls played solid defense and Addie Lee posted her first shutout of the year.  Well done.  The girls will play tomorrow after school against GPV here at Sackville Heights. 

The boys soccer team won a great game yesterday 3 to 1 against HTB. The next game is tomorrow at our school at 3:30 against GPV.  Any player that can’t make it please let Mr. Williams know.

Cross Country Practice tomorrow after school from 2:45-3:45. Please meet in the cafeteria at the bell.

This will be the last week students can sign up for the girls and boys volleyball teams.  If interested, please be sure to fill out the online form. 
Tryout times for the girls volleyball team will be tomorrow and Thursday; 2:45 - 3:45.  Please arrange for a drive home afterwards.
